Classes

All of our classes at King's Court are included in your gym membership at no additional cost. We offer dynamic, exciting classes seven days a week. On a weekly basis our fitness schedule consists of over sixty five classes a week. We offer classes for every level, and each class is taught by one of our many qualified and certified instructors. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early.

Spin

For adult beginners and intermediates alike, this class will teach you the basics of Spin. Increase your VO2 max with intense intervals and the motivation of pulse pounding music.

KickboxSYNC

Not your traditional kickboxing class.  This is a fast pace choreographed class from beginning to end. Crazy combinations with flying knees and spinning kicks… all to hard house music.

Mindful Meditative Yoga

A very gentle vinyasa yoga that also combines basic fundamentals of basic yoga.

HIIT

High intensity interval training

Stretch and Revitalize

This class includes gentle stretches and strengthening moves for the muscles of the back, shoulders, legs, low back and abdominals.

B-Fit Fusion

 Barefoot, barre, body power, bender balls, body, boxing, and balancing

Yoga

Integrating mind, body, and spirit through isometric poses. Improves you core strength and flexibility. 

Yogalates

The perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates

Shed and Shred

An intense cardio class with intervals of head to toe weight training. 

Amazing Abs

30 minute work out to give you the perfect 6- pack abs.

AquaFit

A full-body workout in the water. Strengthen your heart and tone your body without the impact. Use the resistance of the water to improve your fitness level. 10-person maximum per class. Pool will be closed while class is in session.

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn't miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba®class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

Bootcamp

Push your body to the limit with intense circuit drills and upper/lower body drills.

Build your mental toughness.

Yoga Flow

A holistic branch of yoga, which concentrates on physical health and mental well being.  It uses postures, breathing techniques and relaxing meditation to bring about a healthy and peaceful mind.

The perfect high impact cardio workout using a platform (step) 

Zumba

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Body Sculpt

This class will rocket your regular routine to the next level.  Include it in your regimen to expedited results.

Barre

Using a ballet barre to tone and sculpt the entire body. The principles of ballet, dance, yoga, and pilates will be used.

Spin and Sculpt

For adult beginners and intermediates alike, this class will teach you the basics of Spin. Increase your VO2 max with intense intervals and the motivation of pulse pounding music.

Vinyasa Yoga

Breathe through synchronized movement. An intermediate class.

Kickboxing: Kick it up a notch… literally! Use boxing techniques to spice up your normal routine. 

Rugged Fit

A full-body workout outdoors. Use various equipment such as tires, ropes, sandbags, wheel barrels and more to condition yourself to perform at your toughest! Bear the elements and be at your best. 

Body Power

 Use your entire body to build power and strength. HIIT training, functional training, core, balance and flexibility. 

Sports and Conditioning

This class includes muscle conditioning for every area of the body. The intensity is turned up just a bit to “power up” your workout. Instructors use various types of equipment. 

Ripped

This class focuses on the full body incorporating high and low movements.

AM Fit

(All Muscle Fit) A total body workout using weights, balls, gliders, and more! Strength, flexibility, core and balance… this class will cover it all. 

Knockouts

The perfect combination of Kickboxing and Boxing using 150lb heavy bags. Full boxing gloves required

Tabata Time

20 second intervals with a 10 second break of intense cardio and resistance combinations.

Dance Fusion

A cardio combo of different dance forms: Latin, Jazz, Belly dancing and more!

Pilates

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Cardio Belly Dancing

This dance class utilizes the abdomen, trunk, spine and neck. Improve posture, sweat and tone.
